Fayette Schools & Trade School Rep – SUZETTE BOESGER
Suzette Boesger is a graduate of Fayette High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Specific Learning Disabilities and Elementary Education with a minor in English Literature. She later earned her Master’s degree from Defiance University in Curriculum and Instruction. Now, an educator for 26 years, currently employed with Fayette Local Schools and serving as the Gorham Fayette Teachers Association President.

Community Wellness Programs – NICKY FERGUSON
Nicky Ferguson has worked in Corrections and Law Enforcement since 2004 in both Indiana and Ohio. Having grown up in Fayette, Nicky returned to the area in 2021. She currently works as a police officer for Mercy Health Protective Services in the Toledo Region. Nicky was certified in Crisis Intervention Training in 2008 and in Crisis Negotiation through the Federal Bureau of Investigation in 2016. She has trained other officers in the importance of de-escalation and understanding mental illness. Nicky is also a volunteer member of the Four County Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors.

Community Programs and Coffee shop Project – VAL KEEFER
Val has a wide range of experience, including working in Accounts Payable; teaching ESL, Christian Education classes, and Bible studies for adults; and helping with Youth and Children's programs. Val was Director of Christian Education at Fayette Church of the Nazarene for 10 years, church secretary for several years, and on the church board for most of her adult life.

Community Education Programs for Kids and Teens – BECKY SHORT
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology +
Worked with high-risk students in various ways including helping with their graduation requirement. Working with Elementary students during the summer to bridge the learning gap. NOVA Support Coordinator-Providing Technical Support to online curriculum. Fourteen years as Technology Director at Fayette Local (PK-12). Worked as technology director and led a group of technology students.
Ten years worked in Mental Health while there developed electronic signature with the use of fingerprint technology for medical records.

Community Networking and Grants – BARBARA J. WIXOM
Graduate of Idabelle Firestone School of Nursing and Findlay College with a B.S. in Nursing and HPER. Professional Activities including Teacher, School Nurse, Public Health Nurse and Industrial Nurse. Served on the following Boards: American Lung Association, American Cancer Association, American Red Cross and currently the Fayette Helping Hands Food Pantry.
